Trighatia’s Residence, Ecocity, New Chandigarh
The vibe of a Mediterranean Villa incorporated into a cosy home for a family of four & their four-legged bundle of joy. The villa is set on a 500 sq. yds plot with a built-up area of 6000 sq.ft. The house boasts of uniquely designated spaces for every member of the family whilst incorporating an Open To Sky courtyard with a garden right in the centre of house. The overall language of the house speaks of sophistication & timeless architecture.

Sra Residence, Sector 2, Chandigarh
Currently being constructed on half an acre of land, in one of the most exclusive sectors of Chandigarh, this house spans accross 9,000 sq.ft in it’s built-up area. An extensive renovation changed the language of the building from being early 70’s to a modern day neo-classical luxurious abode. Taking advantage of a corner plot- the main entry was shifted to the wider side of the plot creating a magnificently huge facade whilst retaining the plush lawn which the front side of the home now overlooks.

Satia’s Residence Sec 8, Chandigarh
A 10,000 sq.ft duplex with 5 bedrooms, and a front and a backyard— the makings of a grand, luxe home. The homeowners as well as us, the architects, wanted to give our long-time clients - a sense of inherent calmness and timeless style infused with joy.
We’re constantly inspired by modern, luxe interiors with glossy surfaces and metallic finishes, especially gold accents, rich materials, unusual contours and textural play." And so, the material palette is a rich compilation of Italian marble and Vietnamese white marble inlays, teak wood for the furniture and richly-textured upholstery and wallpapers—all further elevated with custom curated artworks and accessories. But perhaps, the most striking feature is how the rich interiors organically extend into the lush, green exteriors beyond, truly creating a haven of peace and calm.

Varma Residence, Sec - 7 Chandigarh
Spread over two levels, the interiors of this 10,000-square-feet house in Chandigarh have been elaborately crafted by bringing together diverse materials in rich visual compositions. Carefully planned and designed to the
smallest detail, the interiors of this home are crafted by manipulating the fundamental elements of design: shape, mass, light, line, pattern, colour and texture. The home is bright, spacious, and perfect for every member
of the family, making for an individual and cherished interior.

Singh Residence, Sector 2, Panchkula
A modern contemporary house spread across 4000 sq. ft in the heart of Panchkula city. The facade comprises of elements that age and weather beautifully , adding to its beauty. Minimal materials & a captivating use of the massing is what engages you to it at the first glance.

Hedgehog Cafe, Sec 7 Chandigarh
Only the hedgehog cafe could do what it does. It offers you your private space, your next workspace & a hangout among other things. This isn’t your average cafe. With uniquely customised lighting & wall decor- every bit of the space attracts you towards itself the moment you step into it.

Sterling Resorts, Kurukshetra
A banquet hall nestled in Kurukshetra, India sets itself aside from the rest owing to it’s modern classical interiors & bold colour tones - which aren’t typically found in this context. The idea was to make the space feel sober & rich & not overpower it’s functionality. Ample use of mirrors & wall mouldings enhance each nook & corner of the space while the rest speaks for itself.

Burn Gym, Phase 9 Mohali
Our latest gym project, based in Mohali is one of the biggest gyms in North India spanning over 13,000 sq.ft. Based on the concept of clean lines and visual illusions to add drama & inquisitiveness to the space. Burn gym's design language speaks to the youth of today & its ultra modern design sense incorporated with vibrant greens makes it more alive than ever.

Diwan’s Residence, Panchkula
The house, which is anchored on a 4,500-square-feet plot and spread over three levels, caters to three generations of a family. As part of the project brief the clients simply put forth a few of their basic requirements while the designers were given free rein when it came to the aesthetics. Rarely do we find a client who gives you 100% liberty in designing and in choosing the material and finishes. Expansive glass panes punctuate these walls, allowing plenty of natural light to stream into the interiors. The exteriors flaunt an understated aesthetic, embracing neutral shades and a material palette of aluminum louvers, wood and marble. The interior spaces were all kept in neutral tones of white or grey.

Residence, Panchkula
The façade of this 5,000 sq. ft. Panchkula residence, amidst the vertical louvres, speaks of clean-cut contemporary architecture without over boarding the material palette. The singular tapered balcony wall, the wooden louvers from the family lounge of the first floor & the minimally designed ground floor façade, coming along with the rich landscaping – create a remarkable first glance for anyone who passes by.

Villa, Kasauli Hills
Amid the lush greenery and the view of Kasauli Hills, these 3,000-square-feet holiday homes, 4 in numbers, emerge as a primarily linear, double - storey structure crafted using locally sourced materials. The clients’ core want was to capture both the sunrise and sunset and have maximum interaction with greenery. Hence, we built the entire house in a way that it responds to the local topography, creating a play of levels within the house without changing the final roof level.

Nabha House
This house in Nabha , Punjab sits on a 500 sq. yards plot with a built-up area of 6000 sq.ft. The solar shutters in the facade are designed to respond to sunlight in such a way that the mechanism allows them to open & close in sync with the intensity of sunlight falling on them. This idea was conceived due to the receiving of ample sunlight in the façade, hence we executed an idea which provided shade, as well as utilized the sunlight in the best possible way.
The house sets a bold impact in the neighborhood due to its minimal & clean-cut modern architectural language.

Mayfair Mall, Jalandhar
This is our conceptual realization for an open air shopping street cum mall. Currently an ongoing project in the city of Jalandhar, this is an Outlet shopping center which will house national tenants such as H&M, Columbia Sportswear, Pandora, Tommy Hilfiger, Starbucks Coffee, JC Penney and many more. The essence of the ‘The Mayfair Complex is the porch; a place where people gather... where stories collect and unfold.

Riverdale Business Centre
This shopping centre has been designed with smart space layout and infrastructure allowing efficient flow of customers maximizing possibilities of commercial transactions.
Inspired by modern contemporary architecture, this style attracts with impressive facade following captivating interiors.

Code Fitness, Phase 10 Mohali
The concept of boutique gyms was rare and gym owners hadn't broken away from the stereotypical for a while, with this project our firm has tried to change that and to create something the owners can cherish. The interiors of the space are treated with exposed bricks, exposed concrete & a dark grey industrial monotone running throughout with a greenhouse right in the middle. We made sure to protect every element in a hardened way so it can take punishment and not give up in the years to come.
