This house in Nabha , Punjab sits on a 500 sq. yards plot with a built-up area of 6000 sq.ft. The solar shutters in the facade are designed to respond to sunlight in such a way that the mechanism allows them to open & close in sync with the intensity of sunlight falling on them. This idea was conceived due to the receiving of ample sunlight in the façade, hence we executed an idea which provided shade, as well as utilized the sunlight in the best possible way. The house sets a bold impact in the neighborhood due to its minimal & clean-cut modern architectural language.
